The following are just a few of the hundreds of asanas (yoga poses) that
were developed by adept yogis centuries ago, some are simple and some
are not. In class we begin with simpler poses that open and elongate the
muscles, tendons and ligaments preparing the body and mind for the more
complex and challenging poses.
