Best All Around
I have only taken classes from 2 other instructors, but have
found that Frances gives me the best workout and the best all
around concept of yoga. I feel that her focus on the spiritual
aspect as well as proper poses really helps a lot.

"YogaBall classes bring health, laughter, as well as new
dimensions to my yoga. Using balls of various sizes, all readily
available, Frances teaches us self-massage techniques. My chiropractor
is impressed with the progress I have made using the balls at
home to continue the chiropractic treatment of a chronic, painful
problem. I really look forward to our Friday mornings in class!"

those with back and neck problems. I first came to this class
with great pain in my lower back. I was unable to do any exercise.
Frances was able to offer me particular exercises and poses that
helped me heal that area. I look forward to this class each week

"I don't know how I survived before I discovered Sacred Well last
year. I've taken yoga 1, pilates, polarity yoga, and I receive
massages and acupuncture treatments at the Center. The staff are
extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Frances' Stretch & Align
class ( now called "Yoga Ball") has left me feeling
wonderful. It's the best 1 1/2 hr. I've ever spend doing something
for ME!!! This summer, I'm taking off from work on 3 Friday mornings
to join Frances for my 'personal healing sessions.'

How Yoga has helped my asthma
"I attended yoga classes many years ago. Yoga helped me deliver
two healthy 10 lb. babies. Along with the arrival of our second
child, a hectic professional and personal life I stopped my daily
yoga exercises. I was very healthy and in great shape.
Years later I developed stress-induced asthma. My doctor heavily
medicated me, it was very sad to say the least. I started to examine
my life, and I realized that I was healthiest when I was practicing
yoga. So, I called several places offering Gentle Yoga. You were
very helpful and pleasant and I really appreciated the fact that
you returned my call quickly. April I started Gentle Yoga classes,
I am pleased to say being a part of the Sacred Well family has
blessed me immensely. I have been improving my health, loosing
weight and able to cut down on some medication. In June, I noticed
that I had to share the reason for my progress with my doctor
and he finally agreed to do a pre and post yoga pulmonary function
test. My doctor was very impressed and finally, he acknowledged
that yoga was the major cause of my progress. He is currently
recommending yoga to other asthmatics. Isn't that remarkable?!!!
Frances, you, Jen and I am sure the other instructors are doing
a great job because you help our community become healthy mentally,
physically and most important of all spiritually. My thanks and
